1. After launching 3D Sprint, navigate to the Print tab and click Printer Tools from the top ribbon.

2. Select the Save Log button to save the printer's log files, which will be in ASCII text files contained in a compressed zip file. Build reports can be saved by clicking the Build Report button, which are saved as comma-delimited (.CSV) files. Make sure the printer being accessed is connected or 3D Sprint will throw a printer connection error message.
